Lease Extension Loans is operated by Elmdon Real Estate LLP, a freehold ground rent investment company.

Many of our leaseholders wished to purchase lease extensions from ourselves, but were unable to source the finance to do so in the wake of the credit-crunch.

After successfully trialling the process on our own buildings, we decided to set up Lease Extension Loans to formalise our offering to the general public.

We hope to increase access to finance for leaseholders looking to extend their lease terms, and to offer a good service on reasonable terms.
